Terms of Service
By commissioning me you agree to the following:
General- The artist reserves the right to refuse a commission for any reason.- The commissioner must be +18 to order a commission from this artist..Check ins / Progress- For a Sketch or Lineart piece a progress image will be sent at the sketch phase and the lineart stage where the commissioner will be able to request edits.- For a rendered piece a progress image will be sent at the sketch, lineart, and flat colour stages, at which points the commissioner will be able to request edits..Payment- The artist will receive complete payment upfront, before any work is done.- Payment will be through E-Transfer or other agreed upon method.- A full refund will be given if the artist is unable to complete the work within 3 months.- If the commissioner decides they no longer want the artwork after it has been started they will receive a 50 % refund and no files.
